Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a store credit or refund.

Return Process

    Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

    Package Your Items

    Carefully pack the clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip for identification.

  • 3.
    Ship the Return

    Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center in California.

  • 4.
    Receive Credit

    Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
